Shipping Policy

At *Hygienea*, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. We ship to all serviceable locations across the UAE and aim to ensure a smooth delivery experience for every customer.

We typically dispatch all orders within *48 hours* of receiving them, excluding Sunday and public holidays. All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. Please allow *5-7 business days* from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you. For any questions or support, feel free to reach us at *Support@hygienea.ae*.

Shipping Charges:

  • Delivery: Absolutely FREE on all orders
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days across UAE
  • Order Tracking: Shared via Email after dispatch

 Important Notes:

– *Third-party delivery acceptance:* Hygienea is not responsible if the delivery is accepted by someone other than the designated recipient at the provided address.

– *Claims for Shortages or Damages:* All claims for missing items or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the *day of delivery* with an unboxing video (Clearly showing that the seal is broken while the video was being taken) sent to *Support@hygienea.ae*. An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damaged or missing items.

– Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that correct details are provided at the time of order placement . Any Delays in shipment receipt due to incorrect information entry from the customer end does not fall under the responsibility of Hygienea.

– By providing the telephone number at the time of placing the order , customer agrees that the information shall be shared by hygienea with our local delivery partner. Customer is solely responsible to ensure that , the calls from local delivery partner to schedule the delivery of the product is attended . 

Note : Local delivery partner shall deliver the product back to Hygienea Warehouse in case of unanswered calls by the customer / two failed delivery attempts  In such cases , the cost of failed delivery ( due to customer unavailability ) shall be deducted from the customer's order value. If the customers wants delivery to be rescheduled once again , it shall be done only at an additional cost to the customer .
