At Hygienea, your oral health and satisfaction are our top priorities! We strive to provide you with the highest quality products, designed to elevate your daily care experience.
We understand that oral care is a personal journey, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied or our products do not meet your expectations, we encourage you to share your honest feedback with us at support@hygieneacare.com.
We are happy to offer a full refund for any non-discounted, non-personalized electronic product that is unopened, unused, and returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us at support@hygieneacare.com to initiate your return, and send the products back to our return address. If we arrange the return shipment for you, the actual postage costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that personalized products are not eligible for a refund.
The 15-day trial offer is not applicable to items purchased during sales or promotions, and no exceptions can be made under such circumstances.
Our consumable products, such as toothpaste or mouthwash, cannot be refunded or exchanged once delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items are non-returnable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and do not accept any tampered or damaged packages. Hygienea is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. We offer a warranty on our electronic products for manufacturing defects that occur during period of warranty .However this does not include Physical damage of the product post delivery.
If your warranty claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement product only. Refunds are not processed once a warranty claim is accepted. A successful warranty claim offers a 6-month warranty on the replacement product from the date of its delivery.
We ask for your cooperation in following our set procedures and guidelines to claim warranties and process returns. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery with an unboxing video (Clearly showing the seal being broken for the the first time) sent via email to support@hygieneacare.com.
Please allow 1-3 weeks from the day you return your product for your refund request to be processed. Refunds will be issued after the product has undergone a quality inspection.
